Event 1: Technical Paper Presentation.

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 2.
  2. Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format (abstract alone will not be accepted) and email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  3. Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail ids.
  4. The presentation time is for 8 minutes and queries for 2 minutes for each paper.
  5. Selected candidates should bring their identity card at the time of presentation.
  6. Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.
  7. Deadline for submission: On or before 13/03/ 2019.
  8. Decision of the judges will be final and will not be subjected to any further discussions.

Event 2: Tech Quiz

Rules and Regulations:

Totally there are 3 rounds as follows:

1. Elimination Round

  • 25 multiple choice questions on C.
  • Time limit is 30 minutes.
  • Top 12 teams will be selected for next round.
  • Selection is based on the marks obtained i.e. No. of questions answered correctly.

2. Semi Final Round

  • 25 questions about tech world. 
  • Questions will be displayed on PPT and you have to answer each question within one minute.
  • Top 6 teams will be selected for final round.
  • Selection is based on the marks obtained i.e. No. of questions solved correctly.

3. Final Round– Coding 

  • Problem statement will be given on the spot.
  • Time limit is 30 minutes.
  • There will be prize for Winner and 1st runner up.
  • Participation Certificate will be awarded to all.

Event 3: Hackathon Rules

Rules and Regulations: 

  1. Team may consist of 2-4 members.
  2. One girl candidate is compulsory.
  3. No restrictions on the mix branch/semester students.
  4. The solutions must be implemented in C language only.
  5. Organizers’ decision shall be final.
  6. Event duration is from 9AM – 11.30 AM.
  7. Multiple problem statements shall be given to the participants out of which all the problem statements must be solved in C language. The most time complex solution shall be awarded as the best possible solution of the problem statement in the event. 
  8. Mobile phones / laptops/ smart devices (or any other type of gadgets) shall be strictly prohibited from the event. 
  9. Participants are not allowed to access internet.
  10. Participants are not allowed to go out of the hall before submitting the solutions.
